What documents do I need to visit a branch?
If you prefer physical application, please bring your valid NRC (National Registration Card), proof of residence (Utility Bill), and latest 3 months payslip or bank statement.
Can I apply for a loan over the phone?
No, for security reasons we cannot process full applications over a voice call. However, you can use our USSD code *888# or our mobile app which are accessible via phone.
How do I reset my mobile app PIN?
Click "Forgot PIN" on the app login screen. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your identity, after which you can set a new PIN immediately.
